Terms of Service
Last updated: October 5, 2026
1. Definitions and Acceptance
In these Terms: "Antonov & Partners", "we" and "us" mean our entity; I/E ANTONOV is the legal business entity operating commercially under the name Antonov & Partners in Georgia, registration/licence number: 302354878; "you" and "Client" mean the person ordering or using our Services; "Services" means the services described on our website (the "Website") and agreed in your Order; "Order" means a booking or order for a Service confirmed by us; "Consultation" means a paid consultation; and "Third-Party Providers" means independent parties such as universities, partner agencies, lawyers, notaries, translators, accommodation providers, airlines, insurers and government bodies.
2. Our Role and Support Services
Antonov & Partners provides relocation, visa and residency support, document preparation, application coordination and on-the-ground assistance. We guide you through each stage, prepare and check your documents, liaise with the relevant institutions, and work with our network of local partners to move your case forward.
Some Services are delivered together with independent Third-Party Providers, such as local lawyers, notaries, translators and partner agencies, who are responsible for their own services and terms. Where a matter calls for formal legal representation or a regulated professional opinion, we arrange it through qualified local specialists, and we will tell you when this applies.
3. Scope of Services
The Services are described on the Website and in your Order. Descriptions are for general information. The scope, price and timing of each Service are those agreed in your Order. Services outside that scope require a separate agreement.
4. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Decisions on admissions, visas, residence permits, work permits, citizenship, scholarships, employment, housing, bookings and similar matters are made by universities, authorities and other Third-Party Providers. We prepare and support your case with care but do not guarantee any outcome.
5. Client Obligations
You agree to: provide accurate, complete and current information and genuine documents; respond promptly to our requests; meet deadlines; comply with the laws of the countries involved; and make your own informed decisions. You are responsible for the consequences of inaccurate or incomplete information. Please verify payment details with any Third-Party Provider before sending funds.
6. Orders, Fees and Payment
Fees are agreed before you pay and may be structured in stages tied to agreed milestones. Fees are stated in the agreed currency and may exclude taxes, bank charges and Third-Party Provider costs, which are described in section 10.6. When you confirm payment, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and the applicable terms of section 10, subject to section 12. Payments are processed by payment providers; delays caused by banks or payment providers are outside our control.
7. Third-Party Providers and Funds
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, delays, insolvency, negligence or misconduct of independent Third-Party Providers, or for funds you pay to them or place in their care. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for our own gross negligence, wilful misconduct or fraud.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an Order is limited to the fees you paid to us for the affected Service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss caused by decisions of authorities or Third-Party Providers. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury, fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
9. Website Use and Intellectual Property
The content of the Website belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as allowed by law. You agree not to misuse the Website or interfere with its operation.
10. Cancellation and Refund Policy
10.1 Who this section applies to
This section applies to Services ordered from Antonov & Partners. The rules depend on the type of Service and, for Services other than Consultations, on where you are habitually resident when you place your Order.
10.2 Paid Consultations
Paid Consultations are not covered by the 14-day or 3-day periods in sections 10.3 and 10.4. They are governed by this section 10.2.
- Refund of 30%: If you cancel a paid Consultation, 30% of the Consultation fee will be refunded to you, and we retain the remaining 70% to cover reserved time, preparation and administration.
- How to cancel: Contact us through the contact form before the scheduled Consultation, stating your name and booking date. The refund is paid within 14 days using the original payment method.
- After the Consultation or no-show: Once a Consultation has been held, or if you do not attend, the fee is non-refundable.
- Our cancellation: If we cancel or cannot deliver a Consultation, we will offer a new date or a full refund of the Consultation fee.
- Request to proceed: When you book, you ask us to provide the Consultation at the agreed time and acknowledge that, once it has been fully provided, you lose any right to withdraw or obtain a refund.
- Credit toward a full Service: If you proceed with a full Service within 7 days of the Consultation, the Consultation fee is credited toward that Service.
This section is subject to section 12.
10.3 Clients resident in the European Union: 14-day right of withdrawal (other Services)
If you are a consumer habitually resident in the European Union, you may withdraw from an Order for any Service other than a paid Consultation within fourteen (14) days of confirming it, without giving a reason.
- To withdraw, apply through the contact form before the 14 days expire, stating your name, the Service ordered and the date of the Order.
- We will refund eligible amounts within 14 days of receiving your request, using the original payment method.
- If you ask us to begin work during the 14 days, you must tell us expressly. If you then withdraw, you will pay for the work already done, in proportion to the full Service. Amounts already paid to Third-Party Providers for you are deducted, as described in section 10.6.
- If the Service has been fully performed before the 14 days end, after you asked us to start earlier and confirmed you would lose your withdrawal right once it is complete, you can no longer withdraw.
10.4 Clients resident outside the European Union: 3-day cancellation (other Services)
If you are habitually resident outside the European Union, you may cancel an Order for any Service other than a paid Consultation free of charge within three (3) days of confirming it, provided that, before you cancel, (a) no work has started and (b) no Third-Party Provider has been engaged or instructed on your behalf.
To cancel, apply through the contact form within the 3 days. If work has begun or a Third-Party Provider has been engaged, we will deduct the costs already incurred, as set out in section 10.6, and refund the remainder. After the 3 days, the Order cannot be cancelled and fees are non-refundable, except as set out in section 10.5.
10.5 Refunds after the cancellation period
After the applicable period, a refund is made only where a serious error attributable to Antonov & Partners itself has caused you a material loss, as determined after our review. Such a refund is limited to the fees you paid to us for the affected Service.
10.6 Third-party and external costs
We act as an intermediary, and many Services are provided by independent Third-Party Providers. Amounts already paid to or committed with Third-Party Providers for you, including government fees, legal and notarial fees, translations, certifications, courier and booking costs, cannot be recovered by us and are not refundable unless the Third-Party Provider refunds us. These are deducted from any refund and are subject to the Third-Party Provider's own terms.
10.7 Third parties and funds
Section 7 applies. Please confirm payment details with any Third-Party Provider before sending funds.
10.8 How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid in the original currency and by the original method, less any bank or payment-processing charges that we cannot recover. Delays caused by banks or payment providers are outside our control.
10.9 Contact
Send cancellation and refund requests through the contact form on our Website.
11. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms of Service, including section 10, limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country, including statutory withdrawal rights and liability that cannot be excluded. Where such rights apply, they prevail over any conflicting provision of these Terms.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the law of Georgia. If a dispute arises, please first send us a written complaint through the contact form so that we can try in good faith to resolve it. If it cannot be resolved this way, the dispute will be settled legally in accordance with the applicable law, without affecting any right you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence, or any dispute-resolution mechanism available to you by law.
14. General
We may update these Terms; the version in force when you place your Order applies to that Order. If any provision is found invalid, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with your Order, the Privacy Policy and section 10, form the entire agreement between us. Translations are provided for convenience; in case of discrepancy the English version prevails, except where the law of your country requires otherwise.
15. Contact
Use the contact form on our Website. Our office is at 52 Mikheil Tsinamdzgvrishvili Street, Chugureti District, Tbilisi, Georgia.
